Agreement
By using MoonQ (https://moonq.ai) or the MoonQ mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. MoonQ provides personalized AI bedtime stories for children under parent or guardian accounts.
Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Child profiles may only be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Free tiers and trials are described in the app at the time of sign-up. Refunds follow the policies of the platform where you subscribed.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse MoonQ to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or attempt to circumvent content safeguards.
Content & intellectual property
Stories generated for your family are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. MoonQ retains rights to the service, brand, and underlying technology. Do not redistribute generated content commercially without permission.
Disclaimer
MoonQ is an entertainment and parenting tool, not medical or therapeutic advice. AI output may occasionally be imperfect; parents should review content when appropriate for their child.
